Return and Refund Policy

Framed artwork

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us through the Contact page within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.

Once we approve the return, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable. After we receive and inspect the artwork, we’ll issue any approved refund to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your artwork is damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging so we can make it right.

Workshop registrations

Workshop registrations are nonrefundable because materials are prepared and a seat is reserved for each guest. If you can’t attend, please contact us before the workshop. You may transfer your seat to someone else or arrange to receive your prepared project to complete at home.

If Layered Life cancels a workshop, you’ll receive a full refund.
