Shipping Policy

Each Layered Life piece is carefully packaged to protect its frame and paper details during shipping.

Processing time: Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. This does not include the time the carrier takes to deliver your package. If an order will take longer, we’ll contact you.

Shipping costs and delivery: Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary after your order ships.

Damaged packages: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Workshop registrations: Workshop seats are delivered by email confirmation. No physical item is shipped when you register for a workshop.
